Heidi Kearns is a Litchfield County native who has lived in Cornwall with her husband and two daughters for nearly 15 years.  She has been helping buyers find their dream properties and achieve their home-selling goals for many years.

Heidi’s experience as co-owner of Litchfield County Property Management, LLC has given her extensive knowledge of Litchfield County and the ability to offer assistance regarding the intricacies of home and property management.

Heidi serves the community as Vice-Chairman of the Cornwall Planning & Zoning Commission.  She is also a Board member of the Northwest Corner Prevention Network that works to prevent teen addiction to drugs and alcohol.
